Pallet & trailer capacity calculator

Enter your box dimensions and quantity to estimate how many fit on a standard pallet, how many pallets you'll need, and whether it fits in one truckload.

Calculate pallet capacity

Advanced settings (optional)

Why this matters before you book

Knowing how many pallets your shipment actually needs — not just how many boxes — changes which mode makes sense. A shipment that looks small by box count can still fill several pallets once you account for stacking limits and weight per pallet, pushing you from LTL into partial or full truckload pricing.

Assumptions used

This calculator assumes a standard 48×40 inch pallet and a 53' dry van trailer with room for 26 standard pallet positions single-stacked. Use the advanced settings to adjust max stack height or max pallet weight for your specific freight.
